I really enjoyed my stay! The onsen facility was awesome, with both indoor and outdoor pools that felt great after a long day. The free ice cream was a nice treat, too! Plus, the location was pretty solid, and there was free parking, which made things super convenient.
I had a tough time sleeping because the bed was way too soft, like it had seen better days. there was constant noise from above that kept me awake all night. To top it off, my shower head wouldn’t stay in place either. Definitely needs some improvements.

We loved the ample parking, fast check-in, and friendly English-speaking staff. The twin bedroom was neat and clean, with a segregated area for toilet, wash basin, and shower room. The onsen facilities were great, with various indoor and outdoor pools and tubs. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby and the complimentary soy sauce ramen noodles for supper. The sumptuous buffet breakfast with gyutan was a highlight, and the hotel's location near an outlet mall was convenient.
Nothing not to love.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Sendai city and had a great experience. The hotel was very new and well-maintained, with easy access to both the city center and Matsushima Bay. I particularly enjoyed the spa and massage facilities, which were top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offered a great range of options, including some delicious local dishes. the hotel had plenty of parking space, which was a huge plus for me as I had rented a car during my trip.
The only downside to my stay was that the hotel was a bit far from the city center, meaning that there weren't many restaurant options nearby - the only options were at an outlet mall a short drive away. However, this was a minor inconvenience given the many other positives of the hotel.

The spa is the best thing this hotel has to offer. the hot baths were very relaxing and clean. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was close to a Kirin beer factory and an aquarium, where we were able to watch jumping dolphins. the staff was also very helpful.
The location of the hotel was far from the train station and city center. It took us around 20 minutes to reach the station by foot, and there was no shuttle service available.
